Manager - Business Development - Staffing Business (1-7 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- New business development and client penetration.
- Responsibility for day-to-day management of client accounts and ability to negotiate contracts and close sales
- Responsible for comprehending a comprehensive sales function for the company's staffing business.
- Responsible for developing new client business, finding and preserving client accounts, and engaging in actions that generate revenue and results.
- Identifies and secures new and existing client relationships via phone, email, in-person methods meetings, and Premises visit and networking.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging.
- Recruiting and screening executive-level talent from the marketplace and matching them to high-level project, interim, and contract-to-hire opportunities
- Prepare MIS report & weekly reports on BD activities and results.
- Making annual plans & budget.
- Responsible for generating leads and meeting revenue goals & target.
- Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
