Role Description
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must have proficiency in Business Development within the Recruitment/Industry sector, with extensive hands-on experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing or recruitment management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
- Experience with recruitment tools and technology
