Manager - Business Development - Specifications - Building Material/Interior Design (5-8 yrs)
Responsibility :
1.Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
2. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
3. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
4. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
5. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
6. Writing business proposals
7. Negotiating with stakeholders
8. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
9. Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
10. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
11. Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
12.Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Candidate Profile :
We are seeking Business Development personnel (only Ladies) highly experienced in the field of Specifications from corporate interiors, building material, and hardware products.
1. Should have good connections with the architects, interior contractors, general contractors and end users.
2.Prior experience working with companies supplying interior products like glass demountable partition carpets, loose or modular furniture, etc.
3. Prior experience in the industry dealing with interior projects.
4. Must have knowledge of upcoming and current interior projects.
5. Command over local language (both written and spoken) is preferred.
6. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
7. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
8. Excellent organizational skills.
9. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
10.Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
12. Inquisitive and self-driven person.
