Job Description and Skills Required
- Develop new accounts by nurturing relationships to open cross selling opportunities
- Managing customer and prospect visits to India. Collaborating with sales, Practice and delivery
teams for project execution. - Identify and qualify potential clients from an inside sales perspective. Work with customers to manage and grow the accounts
- Work with Marketing to develop strategies and ideas
Experience Required
- At 4+ years of IT industry experience of selling ERP,CRM & HRMS solutions and services with understanding of India market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, client executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Desired Skills
- Experience in selling packaged software solutions
- Experience in software sales process for ERP,CRM & HRMS
- Must be able to identify decision makers initiate and close deals and follow through on a consultative sales approach
- Enthusiastic and a 'can do' attitude a must along with the flexibility to spend extra time in office if required
- Exposure to the ERP stack of Software Product/Applications -marketing and sales will be an added advantage.
- Must be able to work under pressure and generate results
