Manager - Business Development - Software Sales (15-17 yrs)

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager with extensive experience in Software Sales to join our team in Mumbai, Chennai, or Pune. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients in the IT industry.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Identify prospective clients and key decision-makers within the target market.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements :

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Business Development, with a focus on Software Sales.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software solutions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
