Work Location : Patna & Bihar

Qualification : MBA / PGDM (Required)

Mandate Points :

- Software sales application

- Bid management

- Lead generation

- Government bid management

- Team managements

- Participate in tender project

- Government procurement process what they follow

Notes :

- Candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of Government Procurement Processes.

- Candidate should have effective exposure to Bespoke & Customized IT Applications Sales, Software Sales (Not into Hardware Sales).

- Candidate should have proven track record of successful sales in the Government Sector & Depts.

- Should have strong networking & relationships building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.

- Should be able to carry 18 - 20 CR annual revenue target from the given territories like Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal & NE States.

Job Profile :

1. To create and implement sales action plans that incorporate key KPIs for the business

2. To manage the IT sales in the given territory, forecast sales targets and ensure they are met

3. To achieve the weekly/monthly/annual sales targets

4. To generate revenue growth and build new business relationships in the required territories

5. To evaluate prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business

6. To implement sales strategies that further drives enhanced revenue generation for the business.

7. To work on relevant data and information, translating those into actionable strategies that drive sales and lead to achievement of targets

8. To focus on generating repeat business from the existing customers.

9. To participate in pricing of the solution/service.

10. To travel across locations (Domestic & International) for client visits.
