Position :
- New Business Champion/ Manager (SME-Small Medium Enterprise Sector)
The Playing Field :
- Focusing on mid-segment (non-automotive) manufacturing companies (Turnover: Rs. 200 to 700-crore) for Strategic Intervention & Leadership Training that would lead to business growth & organisational transformation.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Finding out potential customer from known contacts, references, past data, & web.
- Identifying, qualifying, & developing business prospects via research, calling, e-campaigns, and other promotional activities.
- Arranging business meetings, presentations, and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
- Formulating a strategy for engaging with key decision makers, attract their attention, grow their interest, and introduce RDI offerings.
- Attending networking events, conferences, seminars, workshops, industry exhibits, trade shows, etc.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Having done B2B sales
- Energetic, motivated and self-starter
- Friendly, and pleasant nature
- Hunger to grow self & company
- Good at verbal and written communication
- Preference for people who are working or, had worked
- In a mid-segment manufacturing company i.e. SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises) having turnover between Rs.200-700 crores per year.
- Targeted and offered any service or product to medium enterprises.
- With SME chamber/ industry association
- People who are dealing with/ had dealt with any mid-segment industry, ex-military guys, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or PG in any field.
