Manager - Business Development - Skincare/D2C (1-3 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Managed end-to-end and converted offline and online leads for our business' B2B lines.
- Conducted sales and support - calls, messages, presentations, negotiated contracts, and closed deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer preferences to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Forecast sales targets and track performance against goals, regularly updating senior management and recommending adjustments to optimize results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Understand customers' needs and objectives, providing strategic guidance and customised solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct regular NPS and reviews to assess customer success, identify growth opportunities, and address concerns or challenges.
- Develop and execute customer retention strategies, working closely with the marketing teams to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Continuous Relationship Management with all clients to increase the trust for the company's brands.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients.
- Actively monitor customer performance metrics and proactively address any issues to drive customer success.
- Track and report on business development activities, sales metrics, and customer success KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement and optimise business outcomes.
- Create, update and report CRM systems and other tools to manage sales pipelines, customer interactions, and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, like marketing, product development, and finance, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives and priorities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks according to business needs and deadlines.
