The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving company growth. Key responsibilities include lead generation, client relationship management, sales pitching, and market research.

Roles:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, ensuring all sales processes run smoothly.

- Assist in coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and communications between the sales team and clients.

- Support the sales team by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Must :

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.

- The ideal age range is 24-38 years old.

- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
