Manager - Business Development - Semiconductor Business (10-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Build strong long-lasting key customer relationships by understanding their challenges and delivering solutions to meet their needs
- Foster technical and operational relationships at all levels internal and externally
- Conduct technology road map alignment
- Plan, coordinate and carry out product/value proposition presentations online or at customer site
- In cooperation with account team
- Structure and negotiate business deals that meet the customer's and division's objectives
- Accurately forecast business to meet bookings objectives
- Achieve growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Awareness of new products in the market and competition status
Qualifications :
- Experience with sales or technical marketing of process control-, metro logy- or process equipment to leading semiconductor/memory companies in Japan
- Experience with new product penetration at leading semiconductor/memory companies in Japan
- Capability to analyze the semiconductor business environment and forecast business opportunities short and long term
- Ability to derive/understand the proper business objectives and clearly communicate sales strategy to meet/exceed the objectives
- Aptitude to navigate through complex and dynamic selling environment
- Demonstrated situational leadership with global teams in a multicultural environment
Min Qualifications :
- 10+ years- experience in sales or technical marketing of process control-, metro logy- or process equipment to leading semiconductor/memory companies
- Project management experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent (written and spoken) in Japanese and English
