CTC: Max 40 LPA
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in business development at an e-Com seller services agency
- Experience in seller acquisition, onboarding or customer success
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Should be open to aligning with the US time zone
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth and revenue for the agency
- Identify and target potential clients in the online marketplace space, including Amazon and Walmart sellers
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to their pain points
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring contracts are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with other teams in the agency to ensure client satisfaction and deliver results
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about industry developments
