- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned security product/service line.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.

- Prospect and qualify leads, build relationships with potential clients, and deliver compelling sales presentations.

- Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Manage and develop existing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and exceeding their security needs.

- Work collaboratively with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to ensure a seamless client experience.

- Prepare and deliver presentations on security solutions and their benefits.

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.

- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.

- Generate regular reports on sales activity, pipeline health, and market trends.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of the security industry, current market trends, and security solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and develop trust.

- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
