BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
JOB PROFILE
- Responsible for driving Customer Acquisition for the region. Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Set and meet growth targets and navigate short-term and long-term sales cycles by acquiring new customers and servicing existing customers
- Working closely with the management to develop sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Conducting field sales meetings with customers on a regular basis to understand and improve sales processes and get more business
- Networking, Deal initiating, negotiation & closing deal with the clients
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors in the market
- Coordinating with the technical team and assisting them for site visits and installations
- Training and mentoring the technical team on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback
- Responsible for implementation and execution of marketing plans
- Should drive weekly reviews with the team and track progress with respect to targets
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred candidates having at least 1 year past work experience in start-up/sales/Trade/ Key Account management/ Contracting /B2B Sales
- Having handled multiple key accounts for the current organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team player
- Flair for Travel are also pre-requisite for the job profile
- Strategic thinking
- High on problem-solving skills
- Must be proficient in MS office
