Work Experience- 4-5 years in Rural Sales, NGO Sales & Government Sales
Key Responsibilities-
- Responsible for managing sales in assigned state through channel /retail management with YOY growth & profitability.
- Develop channels by exploring additional channel partners.
- Responsible for Field generated sales through team & partners.
- Identify problems and provide resolutions.
- Ensure improvisation after identifying the loop holes in the current procedures.
- Develop and recommend innovative ideas and tactics that will contribute to an increase in market share and sales.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Interface with dealers to define requirements, prepare and present proposals and sales and marketing support
- Deliver sales presentations to customers
- Identify new product opportunities
- Co-own Marketing events, branding for assigned state/geography.
- People management & team development.
