Job Title : Business Development Manager/Sales Manager - MSME Finance - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- Visit customer's place of business / employment and conduct 2nd level personal discussions and assess the business model and overall credit worthiness of the customer and recommend files for approval.

- Co-ordination with the customers /channels for the pending documents collection as well as query resolution.

- Efficiently manage the Under-process files and ensure adherence to TAT.

- Maintain MIS

- Ensure portfolio quality is maintained

- Credit Appraisal work experience in Software etc

- Client Visits for Sales Personal Discussions

Key Skills :

- Good Communication skills.

- Result Driven and a Performer

Mandatory :

- Need candidates with sales experience in SME lending for NBFC

Job Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

Working Days : 6 days working ( Alternate Saturdays )

Qualification : MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred

CTC : 6 LPA (Incentives separately as per performance)

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days
