Education :
- Essential: Graduate in any discipline. MBA will be an added advantage
Job Description :
- Good experience in managing complex sales cycles in the Services, Technology and consulting space
- Ability to handle the full sales cycle all the way from market research, lead generation to closure
- Extensive international exposure with a good portion of that in the US market
- Should have managed and delivered on aggressive targets with a track record of consistent target achievements
- Coordinate/facilitate cross-functional project teams consisting of Internal and External stakeholders
- Define and articulate project scope and business requirements based on client-provided strategy and objectives, analysing appropriate data as necessary
- Effectively communicate project strategies, statuses, and key decisions within project teams, stakeholder committees, and larger organization including Senior Management
- Clearly Communicate expectations and share information
- Analyze and interpret information effectively to understand client needs
- Summarize and communicate proposed solutions with senior stakeholders at client organizations tailored to their understanding
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should have understanding of the Healthcare industry (US preferred). If not, the candidate should have sold Technology Solutions
- 5+ years of experience in sales roles handling working on delivering IT products
- Expert level of proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good ability to use tools available to create impactful CEO level presentations
- The role requires extensive travel and may require extended overseas stays
- Clearly articulate and build a sales strategy to include:
- Lead Generation
- Lead Qualifying
- Lead Nurturing
- Deal Closure
- Clearly articulate marketing needs for target market
- Will leverage the organizational expertise and appropriately work with marketing and delivery teams to help achieve goals
- Ability to create visualization and high-level models that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business capabilities
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
