Primary Responsibilities:
Lead strategy and execution for sales account management and support
Generate qualified opportunities through phone calls, emails, internet research etc.
Manage outbound call by the team to US based prospects.
Execute call and email campaigns to generate new sales prospects and manage the pipeline.
Build a strong pipeline of opportunities in the CRM and provide an update on a weekly basis.
Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in CRM
Meet or exceed quarterly- business- development- objectives.
Work cross functionally with marketing and engineering teams to drive incremental revenue.
Share sales and support feedback to guide the- development- of new features & products-
Create a strategy for sales growth through email outreach, inbound, demos & outbound calling.
Work with the executive team to design and improve outbound efforts-
Cross Sell and Upsell existing customer base.
Responsible for up outbound sales and renewals
Comprehensive utilization of use of sales tools such as LinkedIn, Hoovers and other tools to research opportunities.
Conduct market research, prospect for target companies and contacts and lead generation
Develop and test phone scripts / determine viability of existing scripts
Supervise, support and train sales & support team on products, prospecting, and effective sales techniques
Conduct quality checks and handle process escalations
Competencies Required:
Sales experience in a technology oriented field - knowledge/awareness about the ERP Selling is Must
Experience/Knowledge of working in a regional sales model in the US.
Experience in managing customer relationships and maintaining relationships in a B2B environment.
Proven experience of meeting/exceeding targets in a metric is driven sales environment.
A minimum of 5- 8 years of experience in International Inside Sales.
Strong analytics and probing skills and high attention to detail
The candidate but be a good listener and be able to empathize with a customer.
Excellent ability in analyzing opportunity for cross sell and up-sell our broad suite of tools.
Experience working with a CRM. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT)
Proven experience in establishing new Inside sales practices into USA & international market
MBA's or BA or a BS with relevant work experience.
The ability to manage, recruit & train a strong future sales team
Work Timings: US timings (East Coast)
