Manager - Business Development - Sales - IT (3-5 yrs)
Experience: 3-5 yrs
- Should be well versed with the technical concepts of Websites, mobile applications, portals, E Commerce platforms and software.
- Should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales of IT products and services as per 1st point.
- Should have experience in Domestic and/or International Market on IT vertical.
- Should have prior experience in managing Presales & Direct Marketing specifically for IT vertical
- Should have the ability to independently clinch large deals.
- Should be target oriented and able to handle pressure targets.
- Experience in Client Management and client relationship.
- Excellent Communication Skills and intermediate soft skills (Emails / MS Office) compulsory.
Job Description :
- Generating leads, follow-ups, Client meetings, Project taking, Project contract, Telephonic support.
- Cold calling for selling website development, web application, Mobile application & software service package with demo description.
- Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.
- Decide whether the software needs are adapting enough to meet the client's needs.
- Answering any technical questions the client might have. Candidate should possess enough skill set to satisfy the client in technical terms.
- Preparation and execution of Technical as well as financial quotes to be sent to client.
- Follow-up with client for collections as per the defined SLAs.
- Liaison between Client and Projects team for issue faced by client / project team, as per requirement.
