Overview : The Business Development/Sales Manager role entails working collaboratively with fund managers to promote and lead fund raising for Jupiter AIF from family offices, HNIs and institutional investors. The primary focus is to initiate discussions with potential investors of the Fund. This person will be the face of the Fund and the primary point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Find new business opportunities and investors.

- Close on targeted investments into the Fund per year.

- Contact potential investors to showcase Fund's product, strategy and returns.

- Develop relationships with investors and keep in touch with them.

- Work with other team members to ensure good investor communication.

Qualifications : BCom (Honours) or an MBA from a reputed institute. Over 5 years of experience working with a wealth management firm.

Abilities :

- Relationships with potential investors from family offices, HNIs and institutions.

- To comprehend investor needs and adjust their sales strategy as necessary.

- Ability to nudge, influence and close investments.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to influence and close investments.

- Academic strength to explain Jupiter AIF strategy to investors, especially sophisticated family offices.

- Teamwork and high energy level.
