Manager - Business Development/Sales - Freight Forwarding Business (5-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Business development can be summarized as the ideas, initiatives and activities aimed towards making a business better.
- This includes increasing revenues, growth in terms of business expansion, increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships, and making strategic business decisions.
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Required Skills:
- Having sales experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry in hard core sales
- Very Good Command over the English Language.
- Having worked with some reporting software tool
- Strong in selling skills of Ocean Export and Imports.
Additional Details:
- Mon to Friday working, 1 Saturday working in a month
- Only Male Candidates Prefer
