Manager - Business Development - Sales - Chemical (6-15 yrs)
We are hiring for B D Manager for Chemical Sales
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build, develop and harness relationship with buyers of Inorganic Chemical products in order to sustain & increase Sales volume aligned to month on month targets.
- To play a strategic role as a member of Management Team in developing B2B Business with the existing customers and identify new customers.
- To market and lead the B2B business focusing on annual target of revenue.
- To develop new business relationships, services and products and generate and negotiate new contracts and income for the organization.
- To oversee the effective delivery of products to the customers.
- Develop plans, reports and forecasts for the short and longer term to enhance the external profile of the company business and maximize income generation opportunities.
- To maintain effective relationships with the existing clients in order to retain business.
- To actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close.
- To create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following company procedures.
Requirements of the role :
- Previous experience in B2B Chemical sales.
- Strong and confident communicator.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
