Qualification : Bsc /BE Chemicals
Experience :
- 10 to 15 years experience in to B2B /Industrial sales/ chemicals sales
- Handling key accounts (FMCG Co) similar clients HLL, P&G, ITC, MARICO, GODREJ, VVF, DABUR
Salary : 15 to 25 Lacs
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Build, develop and harness relationship with buyers of Inorganic Chemical products in order to sustain & increase Sales volume aligned to month on month targets.
2. To play a strategic role as a member of Management Team in developing B2B Business with the existing customers and identify new customers.
3. To market and lead the B2B business focusing on annual target of revenue.
4. To develop new business relationships, services and products and generate and negotiate new contracts and income for the organization.
5. To oversee the effective delivery of products to the customers.
6. Develop plans, reports and forecasts for the short and longer term to enhance the external profile of the company business and maximize income generation opportunities.
7. To maintain effective relationships with the existing clients in order to retain business.
8. To actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close.
9. To create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following company procedures.
