Business Development Manager
- We are hiring Sales Manager who are having experience in sales and marketing. Also, who can handle business with his or her mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for ensuring the achievement of all sales and revenue targets for the branch.
- Managing a team of Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
- Hire Train and motivate the Sales teams for achieving budgets.
- Formulating and implementation of sales and service strategies.
- Coordination between all the Sales Supports Departments.
- Educate enhance the awareness of the company's products.
Requirements Skills :
- Strong closing skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Great networking abilities.
Candidate Requirement :
- Age : 22 to 37 Years.
- Graduation in Any Stream.
- Minimum 2 Years in sales and Marketing
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- One who ready for challenges.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
