Business Development Manager
- We are looking for an experienced Sales Professionals to support the work of our dream team on projects and activities aimed at developing marketing strategies and drives with an overall goal of maximizing company profit.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
- Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisor.
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors.
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.
- Advice on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing issues.
- Give direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools.
- Develop and improve upon existing marketing techniques.
- Monitor market trends, and analyze consumer markets activities to identify opportunities.
- Suggest improvements regarding communications and imagery.
- Coordinate, supervise and inspire members of the Advisor team.
Requirements Skills :
- Strong closing skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Great networking abilities.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 22 to 37 Years.
- Graduation in Any Stream.
- Minimum 2 Years in sales and Marketing
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- One who ready for challenges.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
