Business Development Manager
- We Have Hiring for Ideal Sales Manager Who Has Experience and Depth- Knowledge with The Sales Process, Excellent Client Handling, Source of Customer, Presentation Skills, Lead Closing.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Hire, train, couch advisor or agents
- Motivate for closed maximum leads
- Maintain good relationship with managers and existing customers
- Identify different strategies for new leads
- Do market research
- Maintain long term relationship.
- Motivate customers regarding products.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of FCs and advisors
- Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
- Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills.

Candidate Profile :
- Graduation in Any stream
- Age required between 21 to 38 Years
- Minimum 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of Any Field
- Excellent in Communications and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
