Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, specifically in channel sales. The role involves selling Silent Diesel Generators (DG) to corporate and industrial clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, an understanding of the power generation sector, and a proven track record in driving sales through channel partners.
Key Requirements :
- Experience : 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, with a strong background in channel sales. Prior experience in selling power generation products, especially Silent DG, is a strong plus.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
- Sales Acumen : Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on delivering tangible business results.
- Market Understanding : Knowledge of the power generation industry, particularly in the sales of Silent Diesel Generators, is preferred.
- Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with channel partners and clients.
- Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyze sales data, market conditions, and competitor actions to formulate sales strategies.
