Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) at WorldoTalent in Nagpur. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as driving business growth through B2B sales strategies, acquiring new business partnerships, and fostering relationships with clients. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in promoting the platform and expanding its reach.

Qualifications :

- B2B Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to drive sales and meet targets

- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships

- Knowledge of talent industry or HR solutions is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
