Manager - Business Development/Sales - Automotive/Pharma/Sugar (5-6 yrs)
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with an industrial sales background to drive our business growth. The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of handling business with Automotive, Pharma, and Sugar industries. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing the sales process from inquiry to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive sales growth in the Automotive, Pharma, and Sugar industries.
- Identify potential customers, generate new leads, and establish connections through networking, cold calls, and other outreach methods.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, ensuring an understanding of their needs and how our solutions can address them.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable sales growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within the target industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery and execution of client orders.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure follow-up on post-sales service and support.
Requirements :
- Experience: 5-6 years in industrial sales, preferably with experience dealing with Automotive, Pharma, and Sugar sectors.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting processes.
