We have an urgent opening with one of our Client for the position of Manager Agency Partner.
The purpose of this job is to recruit quality Agency Partners & support / train them to enable them procure insurance advisors from the market & subsequently drive & achieve business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities :-
- To recruit good quality prospective insurance Agency Partners who in turn will have to deploy advisors in order to ensure that they achieve their sales target set by the company.
- Ensure that the Agency Partners & Advisors achieve business targets set for them
- Provide on the job training & manage and monitor performance of Agency Partners & Advisors so that they can achieve their goals.
- Relationship Management.
- Maintain persistency for the policies procured by team of Agency Partners & Advisors to achieve the profitability of the team.
Salary : Min : 4.LPA - Max 8 : LPA
Work Experience : Min 8 years Experience
