Manager - Business Development/Sales (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Strategizing & Planning for better Business output and opportunities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Generating Leads
- Performing Cold Callings
- Create and maintain long term Customer Relationships
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers requirement
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support, with front end client facing and selling
- Preferable experience with the real estate market in the residential/ commercial space.
- Pref. from the likes of Spacewood, Kitchen by Design, Herman Miller, Miele; Inhabit, Seating World, Natuzzi, Lussoitalia, LivSpace, etc
- Need to visit client sites and meet potential customers
Skills :
- Proficiency in MS Office, mail, Excel & PPT
- Proficiency in English
- Should have very good written and verbal Communication skills
- Market knowledge
- Should have good negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
