The Executive Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a network of agents to achieve business targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Roles:


- Build a high-performing agent network.

- Equip agents with product knowledge and sales skills.

- Drive sales through agents to achieve targets.

- Maintain strong relationships with agents for retention and engagement.

- Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.

- The ideal age range is 24-38 years old.

- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team
