Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and new client acquisitions in the Indian domestic market for our Staffing, Recruitment, and SaaS-based HRTech solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and onboarding new clients in IT and Non-IT staffing. Experience in selling to Indian enterprises, startups, and mid-sized companies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
- Identify and onboard new clients in the Indian IT & Non-IT Staffing, Recruitment, and SaaS sectors.
- Develop a strong pipeline by targeting startups, mid-sized companies, and top-tier IT enterprises.
- Use cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and business events to generate leads.
SaaS & Staffing Sales:
- Pitch and sell SaaS-based recruitment solutions, IT staffing.
- Work closely with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Hiring Managers to address their staffing needs.
- Offer customized staffing and technology solutions, including contract hiring, permanent staffing, and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).
Relationship Building & Market Expansion:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in Indian companies.
- Expand business in BFSI, IT, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, and other key sectors.
- Partner with recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Negotiate pricing, agreements, and service terms with Indian clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Market Research & Competitive Strategy:
- Stay updated on Indian staffing trends, HRTech developments, and IT hiring demand.
- Analyze competitors and create a strong go-to-market strategy.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 4 to 12 years in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation in Recruitment, Staffing, or SaaS-based HRTech solutions (India Market).
- Industry Focus: Strong network in IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, and Startups.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of winning new clients and closing deals in the Indian market.
- Lead Generation Mastery: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and networking.
- Strong Communication: Ability to engage with HR Heads, CXOs, and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Result-Driven: Ability to work independently, achieve revenue targets, and drive business growth in India's staffing & recruitment sector.
