Manager - Business Development - SaaS Product (8-9 yrs)
- Marketing experience preferably within a B2B SaaS startup and minimum 8 years of total experience
- Ran Account Based Marketing campaigns across the marketing and sales funnel
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets in a high growth setting
- A love of analytics and a consistent record of analyzing campaign performance and identifying significant insights to achieve your metrics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability, with a track record of - test & learn- approach
- Deep understanding of the user journey and funnel, sales cycle and product lifecycle and their respective pressures on the marketing organization to drive demand and revenue
- Big picture thinking and meticulous attention to detail - you're able to quickly understand overall business objectives, build a well-aligned marketing strategy and drive yourself and relevant stakeholders towards execution.
- Inquisitive and innovative - test and learn mentality with a hunger to use the latest technology and methods to drive growth
- Strong project management skills including production schedules, budgets, partner coordination, and agency / vendor oversight
- Experience collaborating with and influencing executive management
- Excellent teammate, who values other views and can earn partner confidence quickly and exert influence
- Experience and desire for working in a start-up environment, chipping in to developing business infrastructure and energetically scaling a high growth business
