Manager - Business Development - SaaS Firm (3-8 yrs)
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through corporate marketing campaigns, understand client needs, design appropriate solutions basis Channelplay's core competencies and negotiate deals to closure.
2. Respond to RFPs from potential and existing customers, communicate Channelplay's value proposition and negotiate deals successfully.
3. Generate leads through various Corp-Marketing supported initiatives such as Online Marketing, Event participation, ads and content in industry publications etc. and also through customer referrals and cold channels such as LinkedIn etc.
4. Conceptualize and/or develop new service ideas in association with business managers to address market needs.
5. Maintain insights into competition to be able to maintain an advantage against competitor strategy and tactics.
Key skills Needed:
1. Must be good in lead generation and Management Skills
2. Consultative Selling Skills
3. Stakeholder Management and Negotiation skills
4. Team Handling Capabilities
5. Have an experience in the Tech/ CRM / SAAS Sales - gives an edge over it.
6. Good Communication skills and a knack of sales is a must
