Manager - Business Development - SaaS Firm (3-6 yrs)
- Analyze how brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights
- Take ownership and translate strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Lead generation and development
- Measure and report performance of all franchise partners
- Regular communication between Master franchise and franchise partners
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Anticipate bottlenecks
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Increase brand awareness, relevant differentiation, value and accessibilty
- Develop brand plan and monitor progress against brand plan

- Ensure all areas of responsibility meet with legal and regulatory protocol
- Conduct regular 121s and performance management with franchise
- Compile a monthly report covering the principle activities of the brand
- Develop, deliver and be accountable for regular brand steering meetings to secure senior level buy in to all major brand initiatives
- Manage all external agencies (used as required for brand development projects) harnessing a culture of collaboration and co- development as well as budget/time management.
