Manager - Business Development - SAAS (6-9 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in enterprise sales and SaaS sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise and SaaS markets.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales and SaaS sales.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and enterprise sales processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Willingness to relocate to Indonesia and travel as required.
