Manager - Business Development Role - Staffing Services (2-6 yrs)

Job purpose:

Responsible for the overall new business development & target achievement of staffing vertical

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify & generate prospects of new client's through lead generation, cold calling, referencing & social media interface

- Frame marketing strategies and sales plans for staffing services

- Market / sell temp staffing services to corporate clients

- Manage pricing, deliver corporate presentations, negotiations and ensure timely closures

- Mine existing clients for new business generation

- Maintain market & competitor intelligence

- Ensure achievement of sales targets

- Map the existing Local Market

- Develop new methods and ways of identifying and generating new leads

- Create Prospects for the Staffing services (HR Services) for new business generation

- Ensure strong follow-ups with prospective clients

- Prepare and deliver a presentation to the clients

- Negotiate with Clients to ensure the signing of the contract

- Responsible for revenue generation and meeting the sales target of their respective region

- Utilize customer segments & profiles to target new prospects and by market analysis

- Map competitor's activities

- Maintain relationship with clients to generate an additional volume of business

a. Map Competition Accounts & Pitch in 10 Competition Accounts >1000 no's each

Skill Set:

- Good communication, Presentation, Negotiation & Team Management skills

- Aggressive & Proactive in approach

- Local Market exposure coupled with corporate sales exposure preferably from Staffing Industry

- Target oriented

Job Specifications:

Qualifications: Post Graduate / MBA (mandatory)

Industry: Any

Experience: 4 years to 8 years

Age Criteria: 25 - 28 years

CTC: As per market standards 4 to 5 LPA
