MBA from Top Institute with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience across Real estate and real estate Consulting firms.
- Understanding of Real Estate Industry and applies best practices in Expansion Plan
- Exposure in Expanson, Business Development, Retail Sales, Reatil Leasing.
- Leading new store strategy including demographics and feasibility analysis, site selection, deal making and negotiations, new store P&L, design and development of stores
- Managing stores operations by conforming to all prescribed operating standards
- Managing internal design, projects, commercial and operations team for new store development and management of existing stores
- Planning the process of improving customer satisfaction by holding retailer meetings/ events and actively responding to customer needs.
- Interacting with retail and business development heads across categories
