Manager - Business Development - Retail/eCommerce (4-6 yrs)
Location : Only candidates willing to relocate to Kolkata need apply.
Education : MBA preferred/preference will be given to candidates from FMCG or E-commerce companies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Perform research and identify new potential partners (offline and online) and market opportunities.
- Understand sales process at partner side to enable greater conversion and value proposition.
- Design innovative promotions with E-commerce marketplace and ensure visibility of brand.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Maximize revenue generation from key accounts to deliver the top line and bottom line.
Relationship Management:
- Engage with E-commerce partners and offline stores to build and strengthen relationship.
- Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of E-commerce partners are timely addressed.
- Responsible for various communications in terms of reports & analysis to E-commerce partners.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Ability to develop and nurture relationships with key business partners.
- Strong account management skills.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
