Manager - Business Development - Retail (4-8 yrs)
Business development :
New business development, Client retention and deep selling for all logistics requirement (Wh & tpt).
Costing and proposal designing for new customers.
Negotiate, Finalize agreement with clients and manage their contractual obligation.
Ensuring profitability of projects.
Travelling to out stations for work
Project Planning & Implementation :
Coordination with implementation team to prepare SOP, SLA, and KPI
Prepare project implementation plan including Capex arrangement as customer requirement and agreement.
In case of transportation, arrange buying from tpt department / transporter and quote to customer by considering margin.
Coordinate with tpt team for execution
Customer Support :
- Handle customers day to day query
- Billing & timely submission
- AR monitored
IT skill :
- Must be good in excel & power point presentation
- Basic Operation Knowledge (about warehousing & transportation in Domestic Market):
- Inbound movement & documentation
- Outbound movement & documentation
- Inventory management
- FIFO
- Basic knowledge on WMS
- Location management
