Role:
Seeking an accomplished Sales and Business Development Manager with 12+ years' experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Project Management Services within Renewable Energy (Solar, Wind, Thermal) and Water Industry (WTP, STPs, ETPs). Responsible for driving O&M and Project Management Service sales, fostering partnerships, and contributing to company growth.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for O&M and Project Management Services aligned with company goals.
- Identify market trends, competitors, and opportunities in Renewable Energy and Water Industry segments.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, influencers, and potential clients.
- Identify O&M and Project Management Service opportunities in Solar, Wind, Thermal, WTP, STPs, and ETPs sectors.
- Provide technical insights in HT Systems, LT Systems, Switch Gears, AC/DC Systems, SCADA, and Industrial Automation.
- Lead creation of compelling service proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Spearhead negotiations, securing favorable terms for all parties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years' proven success in O&M and Project Management Service Sales within EPC, PMC, and Operations & Maintenance in Renewable Energy and Water Industry.
- Proficiency in O&M and Project Management Services related to HT Systems, LT Systems, Switch Gears, AC/DC Systems, SCADA, and Industrial Automation.
- Comprehensive understanding of Renewable Energy and Water Treatment technologies.
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Track record in successful business development strategies and negotiation.
- Collaborative mindset; able to work with diverse teams.
Ahmedabad-based or willing to relocate.
