Business Development Manager (Female)


Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the recycling and waste management industry.

- Conduct field sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

- Utilize Excel for data analysis, tracking sales performance, and reporting key metrics to management.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, field sales, or industrial sales.

- Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently engage with clients.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.

- Education: Graduate in any field.

- Work Ethic: Strong negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, and a results-driven mindset.
