Manager - Business Development - Recruitment/Staffing Business (2-7 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Business development for Recruitment Consulting and RPO services.
- Responsible For Cold-calling, Lead-Validation, Prospects Database Creation and Market Research.
- Tapping potential clients and converting those leads through cold calling, emailers, meetings etc.
- Discuss and gather client's hiring requirements - Skill and budget fitment, timelines, payment mode etc.
- Preparing proposals and presentations to be shared with the prospective clients.
- Making annual plans & budget.
- Prepare MIS report & weekly reports on BD activities and results.
