- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Following Goals of Current Financial Year.
- Developing goals for the HR team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Expanding Business and Bringing in Many MNC Clients
- Expanding Contract to hire Business to Pan INDIA clients
- Balancing Staffing and Contract Hire.
- Set targets to the Team and making them achieve it .
- Finding All midlevel and Founding start up opportunities equal to MNC clients .
- Negotiation and Placement counts every month.
- Reporting on Monthly Targets , individual wise and Team wise .
- Monitoring Team performance and Evaluation on weekly basis.
- Email , Calls and Meetings on regular basis with potential clients.
- Documentation and reporting growth for every month and quarter .
- Keeping complete active from NDA sign off to Bill requisition .
- Weekly review with team , leads and reports to management .
- Active on Business forum .
