Job Description :
- Lead generation with clientele for Temporary staffing / Payrolling.
- Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new accounts
- Handling client presentations and commercials.
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process with active service follow up and handle trouble shooting.
- Post-acquisition the client to be smoothly transitioned to the operations team.
- Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation
Core competencies :
- Should have 1 to 5 yrs experience in Sales (Staffing / Payrolling Services).
- Good Communication skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
- Familiarity with industry rules and regulations.
- Results driven and customer focused.
