Manager - Business Development - Recruitment/IT Staffing Firm (1-10 yrs)
Business Development Manager - German Speaking
- As a BDM, you will be responsible New Client Acquisition and new business development and managing a portfolio of existing Clients.
- Manage client relationship to ensure we get more requirements and we service all client requirements.
- Source right talent for the client requirements. Coordinate with the research team. Ensure proper requirement brief is shared with the team.
- Recruitment Coordination : Coordinate with the candidates to schedule interviews.
- Candidate Management : You have to manage candidate relationship during the full recruitment cycle.
- Negotiate salaries.
- Meet billing targets as discussed with senior management team.
- New Client Acquisition : You will have to acquire new clients to build portfolio of your clients.
NOTE : GERMAN SPEAKING IS MUST TO INTERACT WITH GERMAN & NETHERLANDS CLIENTS
Required Skills for the BDM role :
- Prior Experience in Business development or Account Management.
- Target driven approach and attitude.
- Good Sales skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Excellent understand of IT roles and IT industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems.
- Should demonstrate be self motivated and results driven.
- Ability to act quickly and decisively.
- Attention to detail.
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Education : Any Graduate
