We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the staffing and recruiting industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and generating new business opportunities. Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets
- Identify and generate leads through research, networking, and prospecting activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized staffing and recruiting solutions for clients
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
- Drive customer retention initiatives to ensure long-term client partnerships
Requirements :
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry with proven records YOY.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth for Domestic or International market
- Should be able to onboard Direct Clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of staffing and recruiting processes and industry regulations
- IT Sales experience would be a plus
