Job Overview :


As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the talent acquisition sector. You will utilize your extensive network and our established client logos to build strong relationships, develop new client partnerships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Skills : Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Attributes : Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

- New Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing connections.


- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.


- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities.


- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.


- Presentations and Proposals : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.


- Negotiations : Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.


- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.


- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.


Qualifications :


- Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the talent acquisition or recruitment industry.


- Network : Proven track record of leveraging existing connections and client logos to drive sales.
