Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (6-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients for Blue as well as White Collar
- Develop business relationships at the CXO/ Hr Head or CIO/ CTO level
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long- term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Should be able to generate business worth Rs. 10 crores a year.
Specification:
- Should have earlier worked with a Job Portal or a large consultancy focused at the Blue as well as White-collar level.
- Experience in staffing/Contract staffing industry
- Proven sales track record over the years and should have handled Sales revenue to a tune of 10 plus crores a year
- Should be able to work independently
- Should have no inhibitions to visit and meet people during recent times,
- Min 6 to 10 years of experience
- Should possess good and sound Market knowledge
- Should be well versed and good in Oral as well as written communication and negotiation skills
- Should have prior and good contact with Industry leaders at the Head level
- Should be able to close 50 plus sales deals within 2 months
- Time management and planning skills
