About the Role :
- In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within the IT recruitment sector.
- You will identify and develop relationships with potential clients, understand their hiring needs, and present our recruitment solutions to secure their business. You will be a key player in building and maintaining a strong client base for our IT recruitment team.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients within the IT industry.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate new leads.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and present our recruitment solutions effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and update a strong understanding of the IT job market and salary trends.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a similar sales role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the IT recruitment landscape and current trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex client needs.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
